Masks and Social Distancing.

Many people accept wearing a mask and social distancing the new normal. Not for me. We need to stop living in fear, stop taking precautions because we have never done that with the swine flu or any kind of flu. Many of my friends are forced to wear a mask to work if they want to keep their jobs and some of us have asthma or other breathing issues. There must be another way! Didn't Paul write that we should not conform to the patterns of this world? Do you see President Trump wearing a mask? And when will people open their eyes? They have allowed those in "position" to control their social movements. They tell me they are doing what it says in Romans 13, but my question is who told them they need to wear a mask? As far as I am concerned that is what the democrats wants. Have you noticed how slow the democratic governors  were to reopening their states and once they do it is with conditions? I live in California, and unfortunately, the governor is Nancy Pelosi's nephew....

Going to Church

What is so hard to understand?  Why are people pressing me to go against my own conscience? I am talking about using  a taxi cab in which I have no peace.  Recently, I try to tell my friends  my situation. All I want is prayer  and not advice!  Yet when I open my mouth not one person can say the right thing like I will pray God will make a way for you."  I am putting my trust in him. IN GOD not in people not in taxi can drivers.  I never did trust them. I don't know why. I just don't. However, if God sends one to us, then it would be of him not on my own strength. My heart cries because people just don't see it! They don't just understand. How can they? The majority of them have transportation! Love Gone Wrong

Several months ago, I accepted a friend request on Facebook. I had my misgiving but I thought if 8 of my friends accepted him, why not. For less than a month I did not send him any messages. I just treated him like all my other friends on Facebook. In late October, I asked a question in which he commented. I really wished I had checked him out instead of leaping into unknown territory, but instead I acted on a thought: Is he the one? I could have saved myself so much heartache if I didn't acted on it. I sent him a message asking him if he had someone special in his life. I think I should have suspected something when he hesitated to answer. "No...why...?" was all I remember from that.
